This place is a disgrace! Ugly, old, degrading builings. Constant water outages, roaches and maintanence issues. Offices staff is worthless and rude! The comunity manager is a piece of crap and doesnt even work on site! All these good reviews are from her i guarantee it! This place sux! Stay away!

yes I agree ! If you are still living there make sure when you move out you are present for the walk through inspection of the apartment. By law you are allowed to do that. If not they will send you a huge bill afterwards. And imagine paying for "repairs" in a place like that. The whole place needs a makeover and they will do that one apartment at a time with your money. Good luck.

I totally disagree! I seriously enjoy living here, my apartment is perfect and if anything needs repair (which happens no matter where you live) it's always fixed quickly. I talk to the manager on an almost daily basis when I go to the gym, I'm pretty sure she works in the office. Also, I personally have never seen a bug, but I still get my apartment sprayed once a month to be sure I never will, it's free. I have never experienced anyone in the office being rude, maybe you're just a miserable person, usually that's the case when you can't find any good in anything! Again, I really enjoy living here, take your misery somewhere else.

I totally also disagree - Most people that write this kind of review caused their own problems. I enjoy living in Towne Square and from what I know the person who wrote the review just wanted to move to a larger place because they want a three bedroom because got a new roommate

to luckyrenter500...how do you know so much about why "townesquaresux" moved out? Managers who manage decent units, have no need to stoop so low as to to a titt for tatt with a previous renter.
