I know what is happening here. Every time the rating goes below 50% somebody from the community writes a GOOD review to pull it back up to 50.

This community has the highest number of reviews. And at least 50 % of that is BAD and NEGATIVE. That makes it about 52 number of people. And the remaining 50 soemthing people are NOT really REAL people, they are the people who work here. So you can imagine what a nightmare this place is. And to what lengths they can go to keep their business.

Need I say more '!
