After five years of pathetic management excuses, a car being stolen from the parking lot and mold/mildew issues due to poorly insulated windows/dirty AC ducts we've had it. Kitchen is inadequate for any normal person. The bathroom plumbing is set up in such a way as to allow the nasty-ass smoker smoke from downstairs to seep up to our floor while we are at work (strongest in bathroom). Even though rent here has dropped it is still too high considering the new place we will be moving to at the end of our lease is newer, larger (apartment size), smaller complex and rents for the same rate. We had an incident with a washing machine two years ago that took FIVE trips by maintenance to fix! Unacceptable! Shower leaks into wall, they don't give a crap about it. Reported it several times. They paint over the spots. They stiffed us on a referral bonus which is okay because that lucky SOB bailed on them anyway after a couple of months.

Linda needs to go... She's a nasty, mean, rude witch who doesn't follow up on work order requests. Angela... You guys need more like her. She at least pretends to care (I feel she does). lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

I agree 100% this place is a ---- hole dump and the maintanence staff is retarded. Linda and Sara the property manager are the most unprofessional management staff i've ever encountered! i cant wait to get the hell out of here!
