I will miss this place I have lived at San Brisas for 3 1/2 years. I have recently bought a house, which is the only reason I'd ever leave this place. The staff is helpful and friendly and the maintenance is excellent! If I ever need something fixed, they get it done same or next day.

Just Moved In and Loving It! This is a great place - I will recommend this apartment to everyone. On move in day the maintenance supervisor actually walked us through our apartment and showed us how everything works. The office staff was awesome too! I am going to stay here a long time

I have lived here for 6 plus years I have lived here for 6 plus years...I have had 1 problem with someone in another apartment and the office took care of it that very day..No more problems...If I have a need for a repair, which have been no more than 5, they were taken care of right away.
