I have nothing bad to say about the management here. We've never had a problem with them, they seem nice and helpful enough.

It's the people who live here who are the problem. People do not know how to park. Parking is a complete ridiculous nightmare. They park sideways and over the lines in the parallel spots, sometimes blocking other cars in, sometimes taking two spots. We have driven around the entire parking lot for 45 minutes trying to find a spot to park, finally finding one at the very far other corner from where we live.
People also do not control their kids. Kids run and scream at all hours on all days on the sidewalks right by bedroom windows. They skateboard, ride their bikes, making as much noise as possible right by other people's windows. They knock on people's doors and then run away, playing some sort of useless annoying game. They yell obscenities (these kids have to be 12 years old or younger) about women, making us wonder what kind of parents they are from. Because there is no air conditioning here, we have to keep the window open or it gets too hot, so there is no escaping the noise.
The gates to the apartments have never once been shut the entire time we have lived here. The washing machine in the laundry room constantly fills the entire room with bubbles on the floor and is so loud and shaky, it's a wonder if any of the clothes actually get cleaned.
Neighbors leave food and trash out on their porch, so an oppossum comes by every night, lurking in the dark ready to attack us if we dare step out on our own (clean) back porch.

Come to think of it, maybe these are problems with the management. Sure they are nice people, but it's their job to fix these problems, and they are definitely well aware of the problems, but yet nothing has been changed... You decide.
