ASK THEM ABOUT THE SECURITY DEPOSIT. THEY CALL IT A DEPOSIT (WHICH LEADS YOU TO BELIEVE THAT YOU GET IT BACK) IT IS REALLY A CLEANING FEE AND THEY KEEP IT!!!!! We payed $900 a month for this stupid apartment. It was filthy when it was supposed to be ready for move in. (We moved from out of state) They closed the pool when the temps were still in the 90's so that they could save their money and not have to pay to have it cleaned. The "security" gate rarely operates. The office staff doesn't have a clue!! When asked for the home company's phone number...they said.."I dunno, were only allowed to fax them, we have no number to call." I am not sure they even check references. Surely the people who scream and fight at 2am did not have good references. I hate living here and can't wait to move out!!!! OH, WATCH FOR DOG CRAP ALL OVER THE PLACE!!
