I stayed in an apartment in this complex for one night. The carpeting was filthy. We had rented a "corporate" package that was to include furniture, linens, tv, and housewares. What a joke. The furniture was old, dirty and smelly. The vanity in the bathroom had more cracks in it than an old person's face has wrinkles. The fixture/stopper device in the bathroom vanity was literally crumbling apart. My husband awoke with a head to toe rash from sleeping in the bed. In the kitchen, the cabinet doors and shelves were warped from what we could only determine must have been water damage from the apartment above us. There were water stains on the back of the wall behind the cabinets.

The only thing worse than the condition of the apartment was the management's attitude. We were treated as if the apartment was "unsuitable to our taste" (management's very words to me), rather than acknowledge that yes, there are problems, and what can we do to fix them. I am sure from their behavior that the management was not unhappy to see me leave.
