Flagstaff's Worst!

I moved into Alpine Ridge for the convienience of location to campus and great price. What I got was landlords who don't care, poor maintenance, and a very unsafe living environment. The contract is deceptive...BEWARE! If you are the resident agent you are the owner of the apartment essentially and anyone else listed on the lease is really just listed as living there. Should you be removed there is a clause that holds you responsible still for any new or prior damages and if you resident agent skips out you are financially responsible still for the place.
Furthermore, there is absolutely no parking and the complex is slow to react to anything that happens. Trust me this place is not a bargain.
