This is an alright place to live. As I am a student, I enjoyed the close proximity to NAU, especially if most of ones classes are in central or north campus. The front desk was always friendly and did know us by name. I lived in a studio apartment and our parking spot was right in front of the room. Noise was not bad, but occasionally our upstairs neighbors made a racket. The parking would be bad if you live in an apartment where more than one person owned a vehicle. Generally, maintence responded to requests quickly.
Overall, I don't have many complaints about this place. Rent was $425 a month, plus $100 for utilities (included in rent) and another $25 for cable.
