Be watchful at move-in inspection !!!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Paid a preparation fee of $175. Job was not adequately done. Carpet was still wet with old stains,cigarette burns and holes. Paid another $175 deposit. Maintenance didn't show up for some repairs. At the end of lease we were charged for damages we hadn't caused and for preparation fees like carpet cleaning'!
