Of course... my husband and I didn't see the comments about this place until it was too late. They charged us for outrageous things that we didn't even do! If you want to live in a place that you can't even walk out at night without feeling like you are in danger, Alpine is the place for you. Maintenance is creepy, the apartments are family owned and the family is NOT someone you would want to deal with. They are money hungry and these apartments are dumps! I hated living there... the WORST 12 months of my life...
