Pretty good for the price

Good: The manager is really friendly and efficient. The apartments are relatively a great price for their size and proximity to campus. All repairs we have called in have been fixed quickly and well. Full-size washer and dryer are great to have, and you can get cable TV for cheap through the apartment complex.
Bad: The neighborhood is really iffy, however I've never seen anyone shady enter the apartment complex, so it's really only a concern if you are walking through the neighborhood to get to campus. There are no sidewalks. It can get really noisy, but I might just be stuck with a lot of loud neighbors. Parking can be a nightmare if you have more than one car and come home after 9 PM. We also often had problems with people parking in our reserved space.
