This place is falling apart. The new owners are putting alot of money on the outside of the property to lure you in, but don't be fooled. This is the very worse place in Flagstaff that I have seen. Cabinets fall apart too easily. The lighting is really bad. Plumbing is scary as I always get little things leaking. Now for the really good stuff. This heating system is far from being adequate. Radiant heating with baseboard mounting. It uses the hot water tank to heat. We use to have gas & electric included in our rent. Well I guess they saw how really awful it is to pay for this because they now make us pay our own. They raised the rent too. I think if you do all this you should not do it un till you actually make it BETTER to live here. I have had my vechicle broken into, noise problems with neighbors, and this Jessica (Manger) is really a rude & mouthy B*&$%! She displays an attitude rarely seen in such a dump! They started working on the laundry room this week end & had to shut it down on a weekend during the winter. what if we have to walk to a laundry' Thanks alot. They just got a new maint. man & he seems really nice but I feel sorry for him & hope he finds a job somewhere else before he works himself to death or makes himself sick. I am in the process of getting a loan to get the H3!! outta here. Please do your homework. The place is waaaaaaaay to expensive for what you get. You really can have much nicer for a little bit or no more. It is just way too old forthe price you pay!
