Although these apartments are old, they are very well taken care of. The walls a block, so you hear nothing. I have lived in other apartments and trust me, you could get worse. The grounds are kept up, the manager has events for the renters and they even have free movie rentals! It is a good deal on a clean apartment that is close to campus. I am renewing my lease for the next school year. No reason to move cuz I haven't found anything better!
