We lived here for about a year, saw all four seasons come and go. The two or three maintenance issues that came up were resolved within one or two days, even saturdays. The manager was mild-mannered, flexible and understanding. They had well-maintained grounds, snow plowed when needed, right across the street from the bus stop.

the location is a bit out of town, though. took some getting used to.
