The apartments are overpriced and undersized. The heat is incredibly loud. If you have to break your lease be prepared to break your piggy bank. They will keep your deposits try to charge you a break lease fee that is not in your lease. They will also try to charge you rent until the apartment is filled. Which they have taken an unreasonable amount of time. According to the landlord tenet act you should not be responsible for rent once a reasonable amount of time has passed.

I would not ever move into this complex again. I would try to move into Forest Meadows the office people are more competent, and the lease is simple. Aspen Shadow's lease is about 20 pages long.
