Probably the only good qualities to these apartments is that it's in a quiet neighborhood and fairly affordable.
To say the least, these apartments are nothing but dirty. Maintenance is very poor and unresponsive to my requests. One reason they are poor is that they did a poor paint job to the entire complex; they painted on the windows!!
I moved in last year in 2006 with a new lease and no damage report was issued. I paid the security deposit and the hefty cat deposit only to find that I could not get them back because of all the damages that were there before I moved in. Arizona Landlord and Tenant Act states clearly that the management is to issue a move-in form stating all the existing damages before moving and they failed to do that.
I do not recommend living here.

I drove by this place and it kind of looked like the motels you see on COPS... I read the reviews, and I was shocked to see that THAT was what had the highest rating in Flagstaff... HAHA
