Bear Ridge is Great place to live. The price is affordable. The units are gas heated and gas is included in the rent.

OK I was wrong to say gas is included. But it is included with the studios, 1bds and 2 bds. As far as the carports are concerned, the weather was bad and nobody had control over that. Carports fell down all across Flagstaff.

The complex had a week to clear them and they didn't, so they collapsed. That's just being inept.
