I'm only staying in hopes of learning what slumlord actually OWNS THIS PROPERTY

I've lived here in a 1br for apx. 4 years. We had really good managers and friendly tenants then. Since then, it's been nothing but wife-beaters (turned one in two years ago-- only wish I'd made the police call sooner, poor lady!), drunk or OD'ing wanna-be "college kids" unable to even walk upstairs without raising a major noise after midnight, car break-in after car break-in...I keep trying to contact the actual OWNERS of the Butterfield Slums, but they don't actually appear to exist. MOVE HERE ONLY IF YOU LIKE CRIME, HIGH DRAMA, AND MANAGERS WITH AN ATTIUDE (and a combined IQ of 12 1/2, eg: "I'm only MANAGER...it's not actually my job to MANAGE the place!" DO'h!)
