If you want 20 year old appliances and slow draining plumbing the this is the place to be. The management is always changing and the apts re fla tout ugle. The walls are cheaply painted and the carpet needs to be replaced. Linoleum is stained and cut but wont be replaced. Lease is up in july and will not return nor recommend it to anyone. Definitely overpriced even for flagstaff.
