The management acts like they really care about your needs, but once you sign the lease and write the check they could care less. They charge both a refundable (if you're lucky enough to get it back) and a non-refundable depsoit. If you live on the bottom floor it sounds like a elephants live above you even if it's really a 100lb. woman, the floors and walls are paper thin. Look somewhere else. Good luck.
