Not only have the office folks changed our contract, but there is a fee of 50 dollars for everytime you get any complaint. This leaves a renter vulnerable to other renters because they can just keep calling in noise complaints until you get evicted. Also, the maintenence is about as fast as a turtle, the water heaters dont heat enough water and showers are no good after 5 min, and the washer/dryer doesnt do the job. So do not rent this place because it is horrible!
