Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
The Propery Manager before was very friendly, extremely helpful, and attentive to needs and concerns of her tenants. As of two months ago, that Property Manager was replaced by a new Property Manager who (even though I've talked to her 4 times in the last two months--still doesn't recognize me as one of her tenants. Plus, they're foisting a HUGE rent increase on us residents of 1-Bedroom apartments without so much as a word of explanation for the increase. I'd be very wary about this complex. I see the benefits of living here dimishing with each passing month.
