Initially when we moved in, the staff was very curtiuos and good at answering our questions. Recently with a Front Office change things have really gone downhill. The parking lot is rarely maintained. We have called in for a replacement on our disposal unit 4 times and not once have they 1)Taken Care of the Problem 2) Called to see if the problem was solved. None of our phone calls have been returned, and we truly feel helpless. In 2006 when we initially moved in the staff knew us right away, and were able to fix what ever problem came about. More over, I'm finding out today from the Dish Network Company (As they are trying to install) that it might not be possible to have dish service in the complex, due to their "codes" with the Apartments. I feel frustrated and Very dissapointed with the way the NEW staff has handled the complex and we will be moving out very soon. If anyone is considering this complex for themselves, Keep looking.
