Ever since RPI took over the management of this apartment, it's gone to HELL. There have been multiple managers - HIGH turnover, and every one is worse than the last. Christine is the laziest manager I've ever met. And now the cops are here dails for one thing or another.

Today, it was someone taking bags of trash out of the dumpster and leaving with them, then there are the drug deals that go down in front of the dog run, and there is dog poop that is NEVER EVER cleaned up! And they make you pay $30/month to rent an old washer/dryer. What a rip!

The maintenance staff is the only good thing here - that is when Christine isn't too lazy to tell them you need something. Most of the time, she completely ignores your calls. and if you ever get voice mail, dont' bother leaving a message. They NEVER return them.

They spend money on things we dont' need, like a workout area that NO ONE uses, instead of on improving the apartments. I've had to have every major appliance replaced, and they ended up putting in appliances that were so cheap, they barely work.

I've called RPI's main office in California, and they just don't care.

They only part that they bother landscaping is the front that faces the street. Everyone else has no landscaping at all. It's dirty and disgusting.

From the prostitution that goes on here, to cars being ripped off all the time, to the gang banger brat children to the clueless parents, this place is absolutely HORRIBLE! Do not waste your money here!!!
