The deposits are outrageous, and you will never get back the "refundable" part. Carpeting is filthy and disgusting! Refuse to clean or replace even after a pipe burst and flooded the living room.They refused to change the carpet until we moved out and we still had to pay for it. The door wouldnt seal properly and they wouldnt fix it, causing sky-high heating bills. Bugs in the apartment which wasn't resolved for a month. "Laundry Facilities" are a joke with only one good working dryer and leaky washers, which were always in use, luckily there was a laundromat across the street. Appliances and cabinets are old and there is little or no space for anything in the bathroom. Did I mention the smell... couldn't tell if it was from the office, or the dog food plant.

i was thinking of moving there at the beginning of September, before i have my baby in October, but you've helped me think everything through. And now I'm deciding to forget about it. Where would you recommended the BEST place to rent and start a family would be in the Flagstaff area?
