Although the place looks ok, My family rented there for a year before we purchased a home. The management at first was very helpful finding us a unit on short notice, things spiraled downward quickly. Our new car was quickly damaged with dings and scratches due to the uncovered, overly small parking spaces and the abundance of drunk tenants that disregarded any parking rules. The Swimming pool was full of non residents who came from out of town and crowded it, making it almost impossible to even enjoy it. The management did nothing. Once back in late winter our stove died, and we waited a week for it to be fixed. Do not expect to get your deposit back. you will not. They will charge you for normal wear and tear, which by the way is illegal. I was just happy to get out of there. The rent is WAY TO HIGH. Take our advise and do not rent here. It had its good points, But the type of Tenants who moved in quickly went downhill, making it difficult for a family with kids to live.
