I don't even know where to begin. This place is owned by a company called RPI services. They now own eight properties in Flagstaff. Do not live in these properties. They are: Country Club Terrace, Country Club Meadows (which they like to combine, if you call, to Country Club Communities) Country Club Vista, Butterfield, Highland Village (formerly Lumberjack Hill) Woodlands Village, University Roost now called Pine View Village and University Square. They don't care about anyone or anything but the money and themselves. Don't get me wrong Country Club Terrace looks nice on the outside because "No one is above you or below you" but that doesn't matter. The walls are so thin and trashy our neighbors used to smoke (before they were evicted) and everyday we smelt like smoke. Our clothes our blankets...everything! It was absolutely nasty. And it ends up that the smoke was marijuana. When we called the police they were cited for seven counts of drug paraphernalia and when the reports were sent in the complex didn't do anything. THIS IS DRUGS. THEY WERE DEALING AND SMOKING DRUGS! READ THE POLICE REPORTS!! They even had pit bulls which aren’t allowed at the complex. It took this company four months to evict them, when drug evictions are supposed to be 48 hours. *Trust me we’ve done the research!* When you go and complain to the management they don't even care. THEY LAUGH. Especially if you are a student. My husband and I are going to graduate school here at the University and because we are in school they think we are just a joke. They are fake. They never even offered a compensation for our clothes stinking and my husbands bad asthma. We stayed in hotels on night the smoke would be bad. After rushing my husband to the emergency room for his asthma they told us to get out. But it is too expensive to break our lease. They are only concerned about themselves and I can't say that enough. They try to put on this perfect act but they are no where near perfect! Our lease is up in three months and we can not wait to get out! There is never anywhere to park and it is so dark in the parking lot you can hardly see and it's so close to the freeway you don't know who could be in the parking lot. I do not feel safe ever. I always have to have someone with me when I am there. I don't even like to call it home. Please trust me on this; I have better things to do than to make this all up. Do not live here! My husband and I are moving to the west side in a place called Forest Meadows and they cost a little bit more but they are worth every penny! I can’t stress this enough do your research before you move. Don’t live in an RPI Services owned property! It’s not worth it at all!! If you have any questions you can email me at my address below.

Whatever crazy lady...I lived here 2 months now with my children and we love it! Everyones so friendly its nice and quiet and its in a great location!!!

This woman knows her stuff. My family has lived here for two months and RPI is a very selfish company that cares only about the money!!! We know from personal experience! I can't say to much because we still live here and we haven't anywhere else to go yet, but they are heartless and unwilling to hear the people.
