The model homes may look nice but they forget to tell you that this place is infested with mice and dog poop everywhere. And the problem is never solved. The staff behaves as if they are doing you a favor by renting to you instead of the other way around.

I agree with you!! I had complained numerous times about the dog poop!!! Nothing was EVER DONE about it!! I even complained which tenants did not pick their dog poop!! Still nothing!! And the smell worsened towards Spring and Summer!!! I also had mice problems as well... Management felt that it was not an emergency (ever hear of Hantavirus??) and did not respond until a week later!!! I may not rent here any more (glad I don't) but I feel that I was cheated out of my money to pay for additional fees once I moved out this place!!!
