The rent is outrageous considering this complex and there "staff" are a complete and total nightmare to deal with! They advertise that basic cable is included, which it isn't, $30 is just added into the rent each month. You never know what rent will be from month to month, because they double charge you for gas. You get your regular unisource bill, which runs really high due to the fact that the insulation sucks, and then they charge you each month for hot water, and hot sewer(') One month my rent was 954.00, then 967.00 and then 1014.00!! Each month I had to wait and see how much my rent would be. Oh and be REALLY careful when you do your check in list or you will get charged for other peoples damage, even though they are aware it was there before. When you move out they will charge you by the day for hot water, hot sewer and trash also.These people steal every penny they can from you. The management are noisey, arrogant and have bad attitudes in general. They don't listen to you when you have a compliant or problem, so dont plan on ever feeling heard or validated, much less have your problem resolved. The apts are falling apart by the way. They make you pay for damages that they will never fix until there is a law suit, which I hope IS SOON!!! Country Club Terrace houses alot of sec 8 people too, so if your enjoy seeing Flag PD, move right in! And talking about the police, my next door neighbor was dealing drugs, traffic through there day and night, which management ignores and my truck got broken into, in the short 8 months I lived there and the first words they said to me was, "its not our fault, call the police." Really sincere, caring people managing this dump! I moved because of all these issues and they changed my reason for moving on the paper work to one of... I moved into a house.
