The first thing I noticed about two weeks after moving in there was that the stains in the carpet were starting to come up. When we moved out they charged us for having to clean the carpet again. The water heater died on us twice leaving us without hot water for three weeks total, they say they pay for gas but nothing in the apartment is gas, the heater didn't work and took weeks to fix. They never fixed a water leak upstairs or took the moldy carpet out of the closet, and finnally they tried to charge us a full months rent when we left when they intended on moving someone in before the end of that month. They were going to double charge for that apartment. They are horribly insulated so the bottom apartments are heating the whole building and always has a draft from the windows. You will probably not get any of your money back when you leave. They charge a 25 dollar pet rent per month and only give back maybe 100 dollars of the 400 dollar pet deposit. Beware this place has a high turnover rate in management and maintainance is horrible. Had my car stereo stolen out of my car because the place is horribly lit also.
