They call it the "8 Wonders" but I call it "The 8 Worst" in Flagstaff. Horrible customer service, a so called "exercise room" that's a joke. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. It smells terrible, and they have the windows locked down so they can't be opened! There has been a problem with cars being keyed for months, but won't install a security camera to catch the person. After reading all these nightmares people have gone through with this company, I think we all need to get a class action lawsuit started against these people. Between all three of these complexes, CC Terrace, Meadows and Vista, there is more than enough issues to get a few attoneys I can think of, drooling.

RPI is a joke. Look at those 3, and then look at the 3 west side apts I know of... Univ. Square, Highland Village, and Woodlands Village... I'm seeing between a 20 and 30 percent approval rate... HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS???
