I haven't had too much experience with apartments in flagstaff, but from what Ive heard from others its a decent place to live. I have to agree if you have noisy neighbors that can be a problem. I had a bottom floor and while we were there three separate tenants lived above us. The first one wasn't too bad she listened to loud music but only during the day. The second was a nightmare. They would sleep with their TV on so loud I could tell exactly what they were watching and they would run there washing machine at 5:00 AM. I had complained about them I don't know how many times, and even though security would come they still wouldn't turn it down. I was about to ask the apartment to either move them or me when they moved out after 3 months. As far as security is concerned I had heard about a shooting while I was there, and I think there should be more lighting at night. I don't think the parking was very good either. My assigned parking was on the other side of the complex, and all of the non-assigned parking near me is always taken. The maitenance was pretty good everytime I needed something fixed they finished in a timely fashion. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
