I would only recommend renting the top floor if you rent one of these apartments. They have vaulted ceilings and fireplaces. The bottom floor is just an average apartment. Plus the walls are paper thin you can hear everything that is going on upstairs. They have a huge parking problem for the people that live in the apartments facing the street. There is not enough parking so many times you will have to park in the back which is not so bad, but not very comfortable if you park late at night. Also they don't have covered parking for everybody that parks in the front so even your reserved spot won't be close. Again if you get one of these apartments make sure it is in the back of the complex. People will also park in your reserved spot overnight. The security says there is nothing they can do and the apartments dont tow so there is no incentive for other residents not to park in your spot. Again if you come in late at night you wont get a parking spot even your own reserved one. The maintenance has come usually the same day if we ever had a problem, however, we had a mouse they said they would come and set traps which they never did and we had to get rid of it ourselves. We have also had problems with ants in the cuboards. The design of the bathroom sink is very old and does not drain very well usually if filled up all the way will take about 5 minutes to drain. The heater is extremely loud, and if your a light sleeper your going to end up keeping it off at night. They have a gym and a spa area which is nice and there are rarely people there but they both close and 10:00 pm. I guess every apartment has problems but this one is too expensive to have this many.
