I recently just moved in and absolutely love living here! Its not so much a college apartment complex as it is a family/working complex. The outside is extremely nice and not noisy at all! Although the spot we received for cover parking (really great) wasn't as close as we would like its not that bad. I'd absolutely recommend an upstairs apartment, the vaulted ceilings are really great, opens the apartment up a lot. The balcony for a 2 bed/2 bath is huge... has a medium sized storage out on it as well where it houses the water heater. The kitchen is great, has more updated appliances then at other apartment complexes. There is a utility closet that has shelves and a washer and dryer which you can close to keep the noise out. The carpets have been kept in great condition. The apartment complex will also offer accent wall paint colors for the living room (very nice addition). All in all the place is really great! The only complaints are the white counter tops that scratch and dirty easily as well as the showers are a bit short and water pressure is low. Getting the maintenance people to come can take a while and they don't really fix the problem. The two ladies at the front office are the most helpful and kind people I've ever come across and have tried to fix any and every problem we've had! We had a complimentary pasta/sauce/strainer/utensil basket with mugs when we moved in as a welcome gift waiting in our kitchen with a note that said welcome have your first meal on us. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who wants a quiet and extremely nice apartment to live in!!!!
