Decent but we had maggots.

The staff at Forest Ridge were really nice but it is so impossible to get out of your lease if you need to. Even if you die, your relatives have to pay. I loved the view but one very large problem we had were MAGGOTS, that's right, maggots coming out from under our stove. It was disgusting. It was taken care of though.
