I have lived here for a year now and I can't wait to move out in August! The management is not the best, but I've had worse. They messed up on my first lease, saying I signed for a year when it was only a six month lease I agreed to. Then they wouldn't let me renew my lease for 6 months because everyone would be moving out when I wanted to leave so I had to sign for a year. They said all their utilities were included, but now I have to pay for my gas and electric! They are listing their studios at $670 and they are far from worth that amount of money. They aren't even worth the $610 I am paying now! I have had no problems with maintenance requests, and hopefully they won't try to play games with my deposit when I move out. There are much better choices out there for the amount of money.
