not worth the money

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
they are overpriced apartments. and managemnet has had a high turnover rate and has been bad. i had really noisy neighbors and it took over six months to solve that problem. now residents are charged for utilities and the rent has not decreased to compensate, since utilities were included in the rent.
