I called the phone number listed on a website and spoke to a very nice woman who took my information and set up an appointment for me. I showed up to my appointment that following Saturday, only to be bitched at by a different staff member for "calling the call center and talking to someone who obviously does not know what she is talking about." The first woman I talked to at the so-called call center was obviously local, since she said she'd just moved to Flagstaff. There was no open apt. for me to look at, and people were going in front of me, even as I tried to tell this woman that I had an appointment. She said she'd call me back the following week. Guess what' She didn't! I have now secured a much nicer, newer, quieter place in town with the most wonderful staff.
