We rented from forest ridge a few years ago. The apartments are pretty old but in ok condition. The maintenance staff is friendly and generally gets to you pretty fast. The location is really good for CCC and NAU. When we rented the price was much lower than any other comparable apartment we could find. I'm not sure about what the prices are know but I imagine it's still a pretty good deal for Flagg.
Management changed a few months before we moved out. I can't say they were great but not much worse than other I've dealt with.
I think it's a solid deal, decent price, good location, and the maintenance staff are good guys.

If you got out just after the management switch, consider yourself lucky. Everyone who was good in the office left. Everyone in maintenance left. This place is a hell hole. They drastically raised all of their prices, and lowered quality (didn't think that was possible) My rent went up $250 a month when I resigned. The last year has been the worst year in renting that I have ever experienced. I can't wait to get out.

We were going to sign on for another 12 months but I believe the new rent was $175 more per month. It was a deal at $650 plus utilities. But not at $775.
Is Carlos still the manager over there or is it someone new?
