So I have lived at Forest Ridge for Nearly a year now, and every time we have had a problem, they have fixed it ASAP. I have read posts saying Yevone is mean, etc, but guess what... the New Manager is amazing! Her name is Jessica, and she will do everything she can to help you! I lived in a three bedroom with my partner and two other people, one of which has moved back to Phoenix, and the other is moving into a house... so my partner and I are moving into a one bedroom! The maintenance is wonderful, they know you by name, and do what ever they can to fix your apt... we have had our dryer replaced because it wasn't working, they now come in and fix it when ever there are problems. Yes this is an old apt complex, but the staff and neighbors make it worth it.

Forest ridge is a dump... The fact that a good review says "The maintenance is wonderful, they know you by name" means that everything break .. all the time. its in not so good area and they kill you with $200-325 power bills. Do not be fooled. remember some people are happy with a paper box and a bottle of wine.
