So I have lived many places in Flagstaff, but this apartment complex can't be beat! Not only is the price amazing, the views are great, and the people are wonderful. I was so impressed with the office staff in particular. One morning I went to go get some coffee from the office and had a terrible headache. As I am walking past the office door I see Jessica and Amanda, the office manager and assistant, who, as usual, inquire about my day. I mentioned the headache and the lack of aspirin at my house and before I could say more they were making sure I got some aspirin for my headache. Talk about saving my day. It's nice to know there are quality people in the office that care about my well being (and trust me some of the apartments in this town have some GRUMPY people working for them. I would recommend Forest Ridge to anyone, and plan to stay here for a long time!

Well done people that work at forest ridge... If anyone has read any of the reviews about forest ridge you will see that these "GRUMPY" people work there. Its still a dump. years of reviews and pictures dont lie.

Years of reviews do not take into account the possibility of change. During my short, one year stay at Forest Ridge, the property aesthetic has improved, the maintenance is responsive and competent, and the management has changed for the better. Where was "anonymous" getting coffee? At the new entertainment in the office, complete with coffee, wi-fi, movies, and video games. Great for kicking back alone or with new-found acquaintances in your neighbors. I loved living there and am planning on renewing my lease.
