I have lived at Forest Ridge for about a year now and I have loved every minute of it. The office staff is amazing, Jessica and Amanda (Manager and Assistant Manager) are the best team in Flagstaff. As I come into the clubhouse to use the free internet and office services they always ask me how my day is going, how work and school is treating me, and what my plans for the weekend are. Then there is the maintenance team. I haven't had any problems in my apartment. However, Jessie and his team make themselves available 24 hours for any handyman work that's needed around the place. The interior of the apartment is more then I could ever ask for. The Forest Ridge team redecorated each apartment with new carpet and a fresh coat of clean white paint throughout the unit. My neighbors are all extremely friendly and I have had zero noise or safety complaints. I will continue to stay at Forest Ridge because of the affordable rent, friendly team, and friendly atmosphere it presents to me.
