Lumberjack Hill was a horrible place to live... Most of the leasing office is very inexperienced and Management is a joke.. They did next to nothing to solve parking issues which are HORRIBLE! (If you do find a parking spot, good luck fitting in it. And "permit only" is a joke, we begged for tow trucks.. when they finally came,it was daytime and everyone was gone at school/work.) The office is eager to take your money, but are always "working on it" when it comes to problems that are never fixed.
