First, this place makes bank on these crappy apartments...each room is individually leased, so for a 3 bedroom, they're getting 1155/mo (385/br). There are NO doors to the bathrooms, you can hear EVERYTHING, and i mean it. someone is coming home at 2 o'clock in the morning in a different apartment, you hear them climb the metal stairs. the parking situation was horrible. there was supposed to be a designated vistor parking area..yeah, right. no visitor ever parked there. finding parking at 10 at night was a lost cause, people would park in the handicap spot, and the area in front of the ramp. dirtbikes would take up entire spaces (dirtbikes with no permit, might i add) management never did ONE thing about this. violaters were supposed to be towed..i've seen a tow truck once in my 9 months of living here..i seriously cannot wait until my lease is up. oh yeah, there is no way to break a lease within a couple months by buying it out or whatnot..you're STUCK here.
