I have lived at Lumberjack Hill for two years, and I am truly surprised that I have made it that long. This is perhaps two or three steps down from living in the dorms at NAU. The office staff is as rude as they come, unprofessional. There are continously problems with heat, water and everything else seeing as the apartments are so cheaply made. For what you pay at Lumberjack hill you could be living a lot nicer. The aprtments are poorly furnished, noisy. And the parking situation is out of control, I can't even begin to number all the dings and scratches I have accumulated during my stay. If non stop partying and noise along with filth choose lumberjack otherwise please search else where, you will save yourself lots of money. Oh yeah and in the two and three bedroom apartments there are no doors on the bathroom what kind of crap is that.
