First, I must say that I recommend this place but only for these reasons:
1) sperate leases - helps when the idiot in the next room forgets to pay, not your problem.
2) furnished - one of the only furnished apts in Flag, that is a big plus, just dont damage anything.
3) not too expensive - living in a 4 bedroom apt, I was paying only $340/mo on a 9 mo lease. Try to find a 9/mo lease (and your own room) better.
The bad things are what others have mentioned:
Parking is awful
Construction is weak
Noise is bad
Restrictions seem pointless
So if the pros outweigh the cons (and for 9 months, they did for me) living here isnt too bad at all.
