Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I am still 8 months away from the end of my lease and I'm ready to move. Parking is horrible, there are loud parties that do not get broken up, the grounds are always trashed. I actually had to walk around puke that was all over the stairs a couple weeks ago, which never got cleaned up. Luckily it rained soon. Management does not respond to problems. My three roomates and I do not smoke, but were accused of dumping over 100 cigs on the ground outside and now are being charged $100 for them to be cleaned up. This may seem like a good deal with the cost and everything (that's what I thought), but it is NOT worth it! Trust me.
