This place is a fun enviornment for a college student who likes to party but roomate problems and the offices everlasting desire to screw the tennants over for money is not worth living with. They will tack on extra charges any way they can our apartment and our neibors a total of 6 people were charged 50 odd dollars for ciggarete buts on the grounds when only 3 of us smoked and both apartments had axhtrays that were being used. There pre move in cleaning only removes stains that re-emerge after a few weeks wich ends up with the new tennants paying for them again. God forbid youre the last one to move out because the office will refuse to split up the damage. Dont expect to argue your case either because the office is only interested in talking about your payment. Every one in there leasing office is a worthless peice of crap the only employees that that are any good are the mantenece guys who have even stood up for me and my freinds in the past. If you live here you might have fun but you will get screwed over.
