A relatively new, furnished complex, thrown together all too quickly (cheaply). Too many things falling apart already. Works if you don?t care about what you are paying for. Horrid parking situation! Not enough of the SMALL parking spaces for residents, let alone all of the visitors that park up here too, out of visitor parking. Don?t want to think about snowy days... You?ll park in the street at the bottom of the hill. Anyone w/o a permit is SUPPOSED to be towed, rarely does that happen. Office usually gives some excuse as to why they haven?t called a towtruck. They love to take your money, just hope there isn?t any problems. Maintenance is usually a complete joke. (We gave them a week to fix our water heater while we were away for WINTER break and we came back to a house that was just as cold as it was outside... middle of winter w/ snow.(they forgot)Took them two days to fix it completely!) The 4bd with 4 people (they rent out each room sep.) gets to be a little crowded. Sometimes noisy on weekends, but not meant for families anyway. Two washers and dryers for each building... could be worse, I guess. You don?t usually know your roommates. Overall, it?s not worth the 1300/month (325/person) that they charge people for this small place. I am not happy with the office response to problems, maintenance, parking, and many other things. The good does not even out the bad!
